Three ways to work with us.

Start with a Sprint. Attach Phoenix AI if it fits. Continue on retainer if it works.

01Lead service

MVP Scaffold Sprint

£4–8k fixed· 2–3 weeks

A shipped MVP at the end of a fortnight. Not a prototype, not a slide deck — a working product on your stack.

  • Scoping call and architecture decisions
  • Full build using AI-native delivery and reusable scaffolding
  • Deployed to your infrastructure with handover docs
02Sprint attach

Phoenix AI Integration

£3–10k add-on· 1–2 weeks

AI capability bolted onto your MVP — during the Sprint, after it ships, or as a follow-on engagement.

  • AI feature scoped to your product, not a generic wrapper
  • Integrated into the Sprint codebase or your existing stack
  • Honest assessment of whether AI actually belongs in your build
03Retainer

Fractional CTO

From £3k/month· 3–12 months

Ongoing technical leadership for founders who shipped with us and need a senior engineer in the room.

  • Architecture, hiring, and roadmap calls
  • Code review and direct contribution where useful
  • Board-facing technical credibility when you need it

Two to three weeks is real. Here's why.

The Sprint isn't a single tool or a clever trick. It's a system — tooling, scaffolding, and scope discipline working together.

  1. > 01_scope

    Scope the cut.

We start with a scoping call. Not a sales call — a working session where we decide what fits in the window and what doesn't. The Sprint isn't about doing more in less time. It's about doing the right things, ruthlessly, and cutting the rest.

  2. > 02_build

    Build with the system.

AI-native delivery does the heavy lifting. Reusable scaffolding skips the boilerplate. Scope discipline keeps the build inside the window. The result is a real engineering sprint at a price point that used to be impossible — because the work that used to take sixty days now takes fifteen.

  3. > 03_ship

    Ship and hand over.

At the end of the Sprint, the MVP is deployed to your stack with handover docs. You own the code. From there: attach Phoenix AI for an integrated capability, continue on a Fractional CTO retainer, or take it from here yourself. No lock-in either way.

Solo lead. Trusted collaborators when scope demands. You always know who's on your project.

The work behind the Sprint.

Joshua Sandhu, founder of Global Phoenix Solutions

Joshua Sandhu has founded multiple ventures across AI, blockchain, and data. Some were acquired, some were sold, some are still running. The thread across all of them is the same: ship the version that matters, cut everything else, and prove the thing works before scaling it.

He still leads ScienceBank, an AI platform built by academics, for academics — closing the language and accessibility gaps in academic publishing. He has consulted with Mass General Brigham for two years on AI accuracy in high-sensitivity healthcare data, with named inventorship on the resulting work.

Phoenix Solutions is the productisation of that method. The shipping cadence that used to take sixty days now takes fifteen — because the tooling changed, the scaffolding compounds, and a decade of engineering judgement decides what to leave out. Pre-seed founders don't need another agency. They need someone who has shipped, sold, and stayed.

Two to three weeks from now, you could have a working MVP.

Or you could still be writing the spec. Book a scoping call and we'll work out which.
