RaceGrid VR started as an itch: the TV director only shows you one story, but there are twenty cars out there and a hundred battles you never see. So we built the thing we wanted — the whole grid, live, on the desk in front of us, with a pit wall we control. It turned out well enough that we're giving it away, and honest enough that we'll always tell you exactly what it is: an independent, unofficial fan project, made with a lot of care by the team at GPS.

RaceGrid VR never touches, proxies, or redistributes anyone's data or video. Live timing and broadcast video are consumed through your own MultiViewer installation and — for video — your own F1 TV subscription, on your own hardware. Our software only moves your stream from your PC to your headset, across your own home network. We run no servers, require no accounts, and collect no telemetry.
